Ariane Walz: We actually did not ask them but that was mainly because we used the tool with them, so it was a 1:1 situation so they were being guided through the tool anyway. I didn’t conduct interviews but what volunteers told me was that people were usually pretty happy to play around and use the rather intuitive tool instead of going on with ranking and multiple choice questions.
