The biodiversity source data Excel file has now been updated. The previous version dated from 2023. See the most updated version here.
The updated version includes a total of 285 biodiversity databases, the majority of which are open access. These databases cover global, European/EU, national, regional, and local scales.
The current list includes national biodiversity databases from Germany (48), the UK (17), Finland (16), Ukraine (14), Bulgaria (12), Austria (10), France (11), Sweden (8), the Netherlands (7), Greece (6), Italy (5), and South Africa (1).
Priority has been given to countries where active case study work is being carried out as part of the CircHive project.
