The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP28, will be held in Dubaï from November 30 until December 12 under the presidency of the United Arab Emirates.
The First Global Stocktake (GST) of the implementation of the Paris Agreement will happen during COP28, including a comprehensive assessment of progress made since adopting the Paris Agreement, and new measures will be discussed for further global action to achieve climate goals.
