On May 22-24, the 26th European Forum on Urban Forestry will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, on the theme Urban Forests for All. The event is co-organised by the Croatian Forest Research Institute, the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology (University of Zagreb), the Croatian Forests Ltd Company, the European Forest Institute, and the Croatian Forestry Society. Co-organisers are the Public Institution Nature Park Medvednica. The Zagreb Tourist Board is sponsoring the event. The International Union of Forest Research Organisations (IUFRO) is facilitating this event.
EFUF2024 is open to all interested in urban forest management, policy, planning and decision-making. This year we focus on managers, researchers, practitioners, consultants and representatives from stakeholder groups (e.g. lobbyists, ENGO, volunteer groups, etc.).
The language of the forum is English.
Registration is expected to open beginning of February 2024.
The call for contributions and abstracts is open until 19 January 2024 23:59 (Brussels time).
