Dear TF3 members,
As part of context of the Research and Knowledge building on sustainable infrastructure projects through stakeholder engagement project (implemented by ICLEI, Technopolis Group, WAAT, and COWI on behalf of DG GROW), we are gathering the views of public infrastructure procurers, developers and investors on the current market for public-led sustainable infrastructure projects.
Stakeholder inputs will feed into the design of a Guidance that will advise stakeholders on the full life-cycle of infrastructure projects, also providing examples of good practice from the public procurement and the supply-chain side. This Guidance should be of high relevance to those of you involved in procuring, financing or delivering public-led NbS projects.
Would you be able to fill in our survey (available here) (DL: October 22nd, 2021)? It should take 10 minutes to complete and will mainly require you to provide some thoughts on the two following points:
- Barriers and challenges in the full life-cycle of sustainable public infrastructure projects
- Success factors and solutions in addressing these barriers and challenges.
