BIONEXT deliverable 5.4 – CDE strategy and timeline

The implementation plan (annex I and II) is an excel file that outlines with a timeline all BIONEXT activities and their relevant communication activities. 

The document has an overview of all communication activities and tables for presentations, social media posts, newsletter, and website posts. The implementation plan’s most relevant table is the overview table which works as a timeline for CDE activities. In the overview table, there are columns for e.g. date/deadline of the communication activity, what is the communication activity, on what platform is it done, is the activity linked to a deliverable/milestone, what organisation is in charge of the activity, what is the goal of the activity and what is the activity’s target group.
