Online E-learning course

Interested in starting your own business in Green Care? The Green4C team designed a high-quality online course in entrepreneurship and innovation for students and professionals in the field of Green Care. The course will run from the 4th of October until the end of January; application will close on the 29th September 2021!

In a world that is increasingly urbanized and threatened by the climate crisis, people are stressed and disconnected from nature. To tackle this Green Care can be implemented, where green spaces are used to actively promote health, prevent disease, and increase opportunities for social inclusion. Green Care initiatives provide many benefits to people and, at the same time, they represent opportunities for new businesses and green jobs, sustainable management of natural resources and enhanced cross-sectorial cooperation and innovation. Green Care initiatives are a growing trend, but they are challenged by a lack of innovation capacity, funding, and formal recognition.

The Green4C (GreenForCare) project, co-funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, is a three-year project innovating and promoting nature-based solutions for health, well-being, and social inclusion. The purpose of Green4C is to contribute to the development of Green Care entrepreneurial opportunities for students, researchers, professionals, as well as practitioners through various activities such as the online course starting on the 4th of October.

Subscribers who will develop the best business ideas during the e-learning course will have a preferential channel for the access to the Green4C Business Specialization Course. The Business Specialization Course will consist of a free and intensive programme of training that will take place in Padova (Italy) in Summer 2022.
