Resource description:

The Land-use Planner is a freely accessible tool for anyone interested in participatory land-use planning. It allows to compare different land-use scenarios. The tool supports countries in implementing responsible and participatory land-use planning. This is done through multi-criteria analysis to better balance economic interests with social inclusion and environmental protection. The tool can also be used to develop, check and refine investment plans and present them to stakeholders. It can act as a negotiation to involve competing stakeholders in a planning process.
