Why should I finish setting up my account?

Finish setting up your account for full access to Oppla services, including:

  • Join groups that interest you
  • Create events to promote your activities
  • Like content to easily find it when you next log in
  • Create case studies to share your experience
  • Create resources to help others learn
  • Create articles sharing project updates

Content created by verified users will only be published once approved by group managers, or the Oppla team if it is created outside of a group.

How do I finish setting up my account?

After you have made an account on Oppla, click your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. Once here, you’ll see a button reading “Upgrade to a verified user”. Click this to change your account status.

When upgrading to a verified user we will ask for your full name, the organisation you’re with (you can leave this blank if it’s not relevant), your job title, and a profile picture. The picture does not have to be you, but we ask for one to help distinguish your account. 

What can I do on Oppla if I have not completed setting up my account?

If you do not complete your profile you can only post events and view groups.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Please contact support@oppla.eu if you have any issues.

How do I deactivate my account?

Please contact support@oppla.eu and we will assist you in deactivating your account.

You can also go to your profile by clicking the profile icon in the top right of the screen and locating the ‘Delete account’ button on your profile home page.

Can I contact someone to help me set up a group?

Get in touch with support@oppla.eu and we can help you set up your group.
