How do I upload a case study, resource, article, or event?

Only verified users and group members can add content. If you're part of a group, sign into Oppla and head to your group. Click the “Add article button” on the right side of the screen and select your content type. Add as much information as you’d like to (the more detail the better!), but be sure to fill in the required fields. Content will only be published when approved by the Group Manager.

Verified users uploading content to Oppla (not a group) can do so by signing in and going to the case studies page, resources page, news page, or events page. There is a button to create your own at the top.

Who can view content uploaded to a group?

Published case studies, resources, events, and articles are visible to any Oppla users. Before they are published, they are only available to group members.

Can I update my case study/ resource/ article?

Yes. Only Group Managers can publish edits, but members are free to edit content they created. The changes will be sent to the Group Manager to review before they are public. Please reach out to the Manager if your edits are not published promptly. We can also assist you, please email support@oppla.eu if you need help. Group members cannot edit content they did not create.

Do I need to use copyright free images?

Please ensure you have the rights to use the images included in content you create on Oppla. When you upload images, there is a field to note who it belongs to. Please use this field to credit the image source.

When using popular search engines to search for images you can choose to search for image with free usage rights. Openverse is a tool that allows openly licensed and public domain works. If you are uploading a report then the document cover is usually the most helpful image to feature.
