The Natural Capital Protocol Toolkit is an interactive database that helps businesses find the right tools to measure and value their impacts and dependencies on natural capital as they use the Natural Capital Protocol. By tools, we mean any resource, methodology or approach that is relevant to natural capital measurement and valuation.

Uses of this product

The Natural Capital Protocol Toolkit maps all tools against the Natural Capital Protocol, a standardized international framework that helps business carry out natural capital assessments. As businesses use the Natural Capital Protocol, the Toolkit helps them understand which tools to use, for what and when. Tools can be filtered depending on which impact drivers and dependencies a company is interested in, its geographical scope, sector, organizational boundaries and many more.
