The Biodiversity Quality Calculator is an online tool currently in development. It aims to provide comprehensive and robust biodiversity indices, including biomass, species rarity and population evenness. We are currently developing an online tool which allows data to be uploaded to the platform, and the user can then compute the indices instantly. The aim of the tool is to improve the way we monitor the impact of keystone species and reintroductions on biodiversity, as well as informing how different management practices affect biodiversity. This aims to improve future decisions and policies.
