This report summarises much of the work done by, and for, the Climate Change Group of the European Network of Heads of Nature Conservation Agencies (ENCA) between 2011 and 2013.
Requirements:
- Climate change increases the need for a cross-European approach to conservation,for example because of likely shifts in species' ranges and the increased need to manage large scale ecosystem processes, such as hydrology, that cross national borders.
Advantages:
