The IGNITION project collated over 1000 evidence items for green walls, green roofs, street trees, parks and green spaces and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
The evidence includes environmental, social and economic. Ranging from water quantity and quality performance, to health and local economic growth. This evidence therefore creates a holistic view of how these nature-based solutions perform on multiple levels, to further understand how investment cases can be created.
Accompanying the evidence base/s, which are extensive excel sheets, there are supporting resources:
