Resource description:

Nat4Wat is a free, web-based tool designed to help users select the best nature-based solutions for wastewater treatment and stormwater management. It works by guiding users through a step-by-step process, where they enter information about their water needs and site conditions. The tool then suggests suitable NBS, providing details on treatment performance, costs, space requirements, and additional benefits like biodiversity and water reuse. Users can compare options using a multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA), ranking solutions based on their priorities. Once a solution selected, market cases are shown along with the companies that built them. Nat4Wat makes complex decisions easier, supporting sustainable and decentralized urban water management.
