Green Cities

The BeeHive Green Cities Hub provides guidance and opportunities for cities to share their experiences in reporting on and improving biodiversity performance. It is managed by The University of Edinburgh.

Cities have a pivotal role to play in mitigating and adapting to climate change and biodiversity loss. The EU mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities aims to deliver 100 climate-neutral and smart cities by 2030 and ensure that these cities act as experimentation and innovation hubs to enable all European cities to follow suit by 2050.

The Green Cities Hub is open to anyone interested in biodiversity and urban ecosystems restoration. Join us to exchange knowledge and resources with our community; receive updates on latest news and events; and network with potential new collaborators.

The Green Cities Hub is hosted by the CircHive project, co-funded by the European Union, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER).

Contact us if you would like more information or wish to collaborate.

Currently open to CircHive project partners and stakeholders.
