The eNaBlS project has published D6.4 – From Classrooms to Green Solutions: Strengthening Higher Education and Technical & Vocational Education & Training for Biodiversity.
The policy brief examines how higher education and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions can strengthen Europe’s capacity to apply Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for biodiversity and climate action.
It highlights the important role of education and skills development in equipping current and future professionals with the knowledge and competences needed to design, implement and mainstream Nature-Based Solutions. The policy brief also provides relevant messages for policymakers, education institutions and other stakeholders seeking to strengthen the integration of biodiversity and NBS into education and training.
