2021 has bluntly forced the world to recognize the need to accelerate the journey towards climate neutrality and the urgency for the adoption of an inclusive approach to the green and digital transition.
Europe is taking the lead in this transformation with the Green Deal, the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan, the Just Transition Mechanism, and the NextGenerationEU Programme. In this context, Europe is the place where businesses can provide innovative solutions to meet present and future sustainability challenges and lead the transition in line with Europe’s welfare state experience.
Ahead of the 27th United Nations Climate Change conference (COP27), the European SDG Summit 2022 will convene sustainability leaders worldwide to address one pressing question: how can we build together a green and inclusive Europe?
The event will take place between the 10-12 October in a new hybrid format. All the 21 sessions in programme will be live-streamed and fully accessible online.
