This framework aims to support the development of a transformative Science Service for biodiversity (SSBD) within the EU, as part of the BioAgora project. It focuses particularly on networks at the Science-Policy-Society Interfaces (SPSIs) to facilitate the transformative changes necessary for achieving the goals of the Biodiversity Strategy (BDS) 2030. Additionally, the framework posits that networks can only effectively contribute to transformative change if they themselves operate in transformative ways.
