As part of the NN Lab project entitled “NbS 101 for Hungarian Journalists”, BURST – coordinator of the Hungarian NetworkNature NbS Hub called „TeAM HUB” - organised a Masterclass aimed at equipping journalists with the knowledge and tools to report effectively on NbS and solution-oriented climate stories.
The European Innovation Council (EIC) and the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change are joining forces to accelerate breakthrough climate resilience solutions across Europe. Together, they have launched the Deep Tech for Climate Adaptation Accelerator Challenge, offering a total of €50 million – including €25 million from the Mission – to support pioneering start-ups and SMEs developing innovative technologies and nature-based solutions that tackle Europe’s most pressing climate risks.
NetworkNature is driving forward the standardisation of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) across Europe, helping to turn research results and policy ambitions into real-world, scalable impact.
The external review of the methodological assessment on monitoring biodiversity and nature’s contributions to people (monitoring assessment) is now open from 5 November 2025 to 7 January 2026 (9 weeks).

The ESPON GILL project collects examples of planning documents by local authorities relevant to Green Infrastructures (GI). Selected plans will be included in a repository of good practice. Submit your local greening plan as an exemplary case for local authorities.
